Extension

Need more space? Then extension is the perfect solution for you. Our workers in Trishul Construction Ltd have experience and knowledge in a wide range of extension work such as loft extension, side extension, patio extension, and rear extension. We have also previously built conservatories and outbuildings to help our customers gain further storage space or a more peaceful atmosphere.

When carrying out extension work, we act in accordance with the given site  drawing approved by the authority. For example we use material such as block or steel as specified in the plan drawing approved by authority. Although we ourselves can't create a plan for you, we can help you get an approved plan by referring you to a professional architect.

The extension work consists of several steps; first, if the local authority's permission is required, the architect would have to apply to the local authority for the extension work to begin. Once we see the approved plan, we can book a building inspector to conduct the required checks. Then we would be able to decide if we can commence the work and will approximate the duration of the extension work. Our experienced workers would be there to support and guide you in this process.
